am@home is een interieurbureau geleid door Annemie Vaes, afgestudeerd als binnenhuisarchitecte aan het architectuurinstituut St-Lucas te Gent.
Wij bieden u professioneel interieuradvies op maat voor zowel
nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten.
Onze specialisatie en passie is de renovatie van karaktervolle gebouwen.
Hierbij respecteren we het authentieke karakter van het gebouw, en geven we hieraan een nieuwe bestemming (woning, appartement, kantoor, commerciële ruimte, restaurant) in samenwerking met architecten en ingenieurs.
Bij elke opdracht wordt de nodige aandacht besteed aan de
functionele en praktische indeling, aan licht- en ruimtegevoel
& aan sfeervolle materiaal- en kleurkeuzes om te komen tot
een zuiver en harmonieus ontwerp.
Naast interieurarchitectuur bieden wij ook professionele vastgoedstyling aan. Hierbij richten we panden tijdelijk in met eigentijdse meubels en sfeervolle decoratie om een warme, realistische woonbeleving te creëren die potentiële kopers meteen aanspreekt. Door de focus op presentatie komt het pand optimaal tot zijn recht op foto’s en tijdens bezoeken. Met een doordachte styling zorgen we voor een sterke eerste indruk en verhogen we de aantrekkingskracht van het pand op potentiële kopers.
